LEGAL & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AIIP / AIIPConnect.com may collect, use, store and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with future AIIP services.

Effective Date: 29 August 2026

Our Approach to Privacy

AIIP stands for Artificial Intelligence Identity Platform. Because identity information may become central to future AIIP services, privacy and user control are intended to be fundamental parts of the platform architecture.

This Privacy Policy currently applies primarily to the AIIPConnect.com website, communications with AIIP, and any early-access or enquiry information that may be collected.

Important: Some sections below also describe how privacy may apply to future AIIP platform functions. Those descriptions do not mean that every feature described is currently operational.
01

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through AIIPConnect.com and communications with AIIP.

If AIIP later launches mobile applications, identity accounts, hardware registration, enterprise services or other platform functions, additional privacy notices or product-specific terms may be introduced where appropriate.

02

The information collected depends on how you interact with AIIP.

  • Company or organization

  • Pages visited
  • Approximate location derived from network information
  • Website interaction and diagnostic information

Future Platform Information AIIP Identity profile, permissions, devices Only if and when those services are launched
03

How We May Use Information

Information may be used for legitimate AIIP operational purposes such as:

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Communicating with potential users, partners or investors
  • Operating and improving AIIPConnect.com
  • Detecting technical or security problems
  • Understanding interest in AIIP products and services
  • Managing early-access requests
  • Developing future AIIP services
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations
  • Protecting AIIP, users and third parties from fraud, abuse or security threats

We do not intend to use sensitive identity information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice, authorization or another valid basis where required.

04

Future AIIP Identity Information

AIIP is being designed as an identity platform. If user accounts and identity services are launched, the platform may eventually process information such as:

  • AIIP Identity ID
  • Profile information
  • Professional information
  • User interests and preferences
  • Connection preferences
  • Device associations
  • Permission settings
  • Identity connection history
  • Trust or verification information
  • Other information intentionally added by the user

The actual information collected will depend on the features ultimately launched. AIIP should provide appropriate notices when such features become available.

05

AIIP Device Information

Future AIIP services may allow users to connect physical devices such as rings, cards, bracelets or other supported hardware to an AIIP Identity.

Device-related records may potentially include:

  • Device identifier
  • Device type
  • Registration information
  • Activation or device status
  • Associated AIIP Identity
  • Permissions assigned to the device
  • Security or verification information

AIIP's intended architecture is that a physical credential should not simply store and expose the user's entire sensitive identity profile.

06

Artificial Intelligence & Automated Services

Future AIIP functions may use artificial intelligence to create services such as identity summaries, professional introductions, common-interest suggestions or contextual assistance.

Where such features are implemented, AIIP intends to apply permission-based controls so that AI systems receive only information appropriate to the relevant service.

AI-generated results may not always be perfectly accurate. Users should review important AI-generated information before relying on it.

07

Cookies & Website Technologies

AIIPConnect.com may use cookies or similar technologies required for:

  • Website functionality
  • Security
  • Remembering website preferences
  • Performance measurement
  • Analytics, if such services are enabled

Some cookies may also be created by WordPress, hosting providers or third-party services used on the website.

If AIIP later introduces non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, additional consent controls may be introduced where required.

08

Third-Party Services

AIIP may rely on third-party service providers to operate parts of its website and future platform. These may include services for:

  • Website hosting
  • Email
  • WhatsApp communications
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Security
  • Analytics
  • AI services
  • Authentication
  • Payment processing, if introduced later

When you communicate with us through a third-party platform such as WhatsApp, that provider's own privacy terms also apply to your interaction.

Where the website enquiry process opens WhatsApp, the prepared message is not sent to AIIP until you choose to send it through WhatsApp.

09

When Information May Be Shared

AIIP does not intend to sell personal information as a core business model. Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

  • Service providers supporting AIIP operations
  • Professional advisers
  • Technology or infrastructure providers
  • Business partners where you have requested or authorized an interaction
  • Authorities where disclosure is legally required
  • Parties involved in a legitimate business reorganization or transaction, subject to appropriate protections

Future identity sharing between AIIP users or connected organizations should operate according to user permissions and platform access rules.

10

Data Retention

AIIP intends to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legitimate business, security and legal requirements.

Different categories of data may require different retention periods. When the full AIIP platform is launched, more detailed retention rules may be published.

11

Security

AIIP intends to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.

The long-term security architecture is intended to include areas such as:

  • Account authentication
  • Device verification
  • Permission controls
  • Credential revocation
  • Protected backend systems
  • Access control
  • Monitoring and recovery procedures

No online system can guarantee absolute security. AIIP does not currently claim security certifications or compliance certifications unless they have been formally obtained.

12

Your Choices & Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and the nature of your relationship with AIIP, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which may include the ability to:

  • Request access to information associated with you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion where appropriate
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable
  • Request information about how your data is used

To make a privacy-related request, contact: support@aiipconnect.com

AIIP may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

13

Children's Privacy

AIIP's current website and proposed identity platform are not designed as services specifically directed to young children.

If future AIIP services are developed for minors, family accounts or age-specific use cases, separate safeguards, consent mechanisms and age-appropriate privacy controls may be required.

14

International Processing

Some service providers used by AIIP may operate infrastructure in countries other than the country where a user is located.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, AIIP intends to consider appropriate safeguards and applicable legal requirements.

15

Changes to This Privacy Policy

AIIP may update this Privacy Policy as the website, platform, technology, business model or legal requirements evolve.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.

As AIIP moves from concept and early development into a functioning identity platform, this policy is expected to become more detailed.
