What does AIIP stand for?

AIIP stands for Artificial Intelligence Identity Platform. It is a platform concept designed to connect a person's identity with multiple devices, AI systems and future digital and physical experiences.

Is AIIP an NFC company?

No. NFC can be an important technology for the first stage, but AIIP is intended to be an identity platform rather than an NFC hardware business.

The long-term platform can potentially work with different hardware and communication technologies.

Is AIIP only a digital business card?

No. Professional contact exchange can be one early use case, but AIIP is designed around identity, permissions, device management, AI context and future connected services.

Is AIIP already available to the public?

AIIP is currently in its development and platform-design stage. Features described as future, planned or conceptual should not be interpreted as currently available commercial services.

How the identity itself is intended to work.

What is an AIIP Identity?

An AIIP Identity is the persistent identity associated with the user. The core idea is that the identity remains separate from any individual ring, card, bracelet or other physical device.

Does each AIIP device create a new identity?

No. The goal is: One Identity. Multiple Devices. Multiple supported devices should be capable of connecting to the same AIIP Identity.

What happens if I change from a ring to a bracelet?

Your underlying AIIP Identity should remain unchanged. The new device would be linked to the existing identity, while the old device could be retained, disabled or removed depending on the user's preference.

Can different devices show different information?

Yes. This is one of the core AIIP concepts. For example, a networking ring could use a professional profile, while a future workplace credential could have completely different permissions.

Which devices can AIIP support?

The current device vision includes concepts such as: AIIP Ring, Bracelet, Card, Pin, Necklace and potentially implantable or future wearable technologies.

The final supported device list will depend on product development and technical validation.

Does an NFC Ring need a battery?

A normal passive NFC ring does not require a battery. It receives the small amount of energy required for communication from a nearby powered NFC reader, such as a compatible smartphone.

Can two passive NFC rings communicate directly with each other?

Normally, no. Passive NFC tags require a powered NFC reader. For an early AIIP implementation, a smartphone or compatible reader would typically read the other user's NFC credential.

What information should be stored directly on an AIIP device?

The intended architecture is to avoid storing large amounts of sensitive personal information directly and openly on the physical device.

The device should primarily act as a credential or secure identifier that allows the AIIP platform to determine the associated identity and permissions.

How people could connect through AIIP.

How would two AIIP users connect in AIIP 1.0?

A practical first implementation can use a smartphone's NFC reader. One user brings the phone close to the other person's AIIP-compatible NFC credential. The AIIP platform then identifies the credential and applies the relevant permission rules.

What is the AIIP Smart Handshake?

The Smart Handshake describes the idea of turning a basic identity exchange into a more useful AI-assisted introduction.

After the appropriate information is authorized, AI could summarize professional background, common interests or possible collaboration areas.

Will AIIP automatically share everything when I meet someone?

No. That is not the intended design. AIIP is being designed around permission-controlled sharing. Different information can require different levels of authorization.

Can AIIP remember people I meet?

Connection history and relationship context are possible future platform functions. If implemented, these features should respect user permissions and applicable privacy requirements.

Keeping Identity Under Control

How AIIP is intended to manage identity access.

Can someone see all my information by scanning my AIIP Ring?

That is not the intended architecture. The platform should determine what information, if any, the interaction is authorized to return. The physical ring should not function as an open database containing the user's entire identity.

What happens if my AIIP device is lost?

The goal is to allow the specific lost credential to be disabled or revoked. Your underlying AIIP Identity and your other authorized devices should remain intact.

Does AI get access to everything about me?

No. AI access should be permission-based and appropriate to the relevant purpose. A networking introduction, for example, should not require unrelated private information.

Is AIIP already security certified?

Not at the current development stage. AIIP does not claim certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or government identity accreditation unless those certifications are formally obtained.

Future Implant Technology

The implant is one optional future hardware direction.

Does AIIP require users to have an implant?

No. AIIP is designed around multiple device choices. A user could potentially use a ring, card, bracelet or other supported hardware without using an implant.

Is the AIIP Implant already available?

No. The AIIP Implant currently represents a future product direction and concept. It should not be interpreted as a currently approved or commercially available implantable product.

Would an AIIP Implant contain GPS?

A normal passive NFC implant does not contain GPS and does not continuously transmit a location. Passive NFC technology generally requires a compatible reader at very short range.

Would implant technology require regulatory review?

Potentially yes, depending on the product, its intended use and the country where it is offered. AIIP would need appropriate professional, technical, safety and regulatory evaluation before commercializing implantable technology.

FUTURE VISION

Will AIIP always depend on NFC?

No. NFC is a practical starting technology. Future versions may explore technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Ultra-Wideband and new wearable interfaces where appropriate.

What is AIIP 2.0?

AIIP 2.0 is the roadmap concept for more intelligent proximity-based interaction. The goal is to make connections more natural while still identifying user intent and requiring appropriate consent.

What is AIIP 3.0?

AIIP 3.0 represents the longer-term Ambient AI Identity vision. AI assistants and connected environments could use authorized identity context to provide more relevant experiences.

Could AIIP eventually work with offices, hotels, cars and smart homes?

That is part of the long-term platform direction. Such integrations would depend on partnerships, technical compatibility, security, user permission and applicable regulations.

Are the roadmap features guaranteed?

No. The roadmap represents strategic direction. Specific features, technologies and timelines may change during research, development, testing and commercial validation.
